How Do we Get Paid?

Our service fee represents a small percentage your current claim settlement. Not money directly out of your pocket.

It is our ability to obtain for you a much better settlement total than you would be able to obtain on your own.

Plus, the time it takes building a claim like this is not within the average person's imagination, sometimes it can take multiple months.

We specialize in building and or increasing your claim amounts significantly, often times doubling, or tripling  the original adjusters settlement amount.

For example: If your insurance company paid you the amount of $100,000 dollars and we increased your claim to now $105,000 dollars, we would not receive any payment because we did not reach our burden of the 5% fee.

But if we increased your claim, for example to $200,000 which is more likely, we would have met our burden and would receive $5,000 (5%) for our performance and you would get to keep the additional $95,000 that we had added to your claim.
